Narrative
[Obituary for Mrs. Ann Stonebraker, from the Champaign Democrat, 4 Feb 1909, p2.]
Mrs. Ann Stonebraker died at her home in Kingscreek Thursday morning. She was 74 years of age and a well known resident of this county. She leaves a husband, Charles Stonebraker, and four children, G. Wilbur, of West Liberty; Elmer, of Huntington, Ind., G. Grier, of Atalussa, Ia., and Miss Francis, who lives at home. The funeral was held Saturday afternoon from the M.E. church in Kingscreek, the interment taking place in the Kingscreek Baptist cemetery.
Narrative
Her indexed Ohio death record reports her birth year as 28 Jan 1835, while her gravestone bears a year of 1834 in its inscription. Two different historical genealogy texts (Steiner and Mast) report her birthdate as 28 Jan 1834.
