VAN WERT, Mar. 14 - Fred C. Welch, brother of B. A. Welch, Van Wert service director died Wednesday at his home in Ft. Wayne. He was a locomotive engineer on the Pennsylvania railroad many years. Pneumonia was the cause of death. He is survived by his wife, two sons and a daughter. Funeral services will be held in Ft. Wayne Friday afternoon with burial in that city.
