Located in a photo album that was given to Lorraine (Hahn) Nagel by Violet (Nagel) Schaefer was the original wedding invitation sent to Fred and Frances (Hein) Nagel; the invitation listed the date and place for the wedding.

Narrative

As of the 1930 and 1940 US Census listings, the household for Ransom and Ida (Nagel) Endres did not include any children; thus far, I've found nothing to indicate they had any. They may have had children after 1940, though, as Ida was only in her early thirties when that last census record was made.

ADDENDUM: Located in a photo album given to Lorraine (Hahn) Nagel by her sister-in-law Violet (Nagel) Schaefer was a page that contained the original wedding invitation and envelope from Ida and Ransom, addressed to Ida's brother Fred. That same page also contained a wedding portrait of Ida and Ransom, along with a portrait of a baby boy, between one and two years of age. I have entertained the possibility that this was Ida's son, who may have died young, but I have not yet confirmed this.
