The US Social Security Death Index record for Edith gives her birthdate as 8 Nov 1909; her marriage record gives it as 1 Nov 1909. As her marriage license to Forrest was dated 1 Nov 1928, I suspect this was a clerical error on the marriage license, and that her actual birthdate is 8 Nov.
