The text Christian Metzger: Founder of an American Family 1682-1942 (p182) gives no information for Elizabeth other than she died at age twenty.
Given her placement in the order of her parents' children - between sisters Anna (Weible) Thomas and Mary (Weible) Swihart - I would guess her birthdate to have been about 1818, which suggests she had died about 1838.
