Narrative

Clinton Forst, sixty-seven years old died Saturday evening at 9:20 o'clock at the home of his son, Hollis Forst, 520 Ivy street, after an illness of several years. He was seriously ill for one and one-half years.
Mrs. [sic] Forst was born November 17, 1859 in Canton, Ohio to Samuel and Elizabeth Forst. He married Lydia Nichols, who died April 15, 1915.
He is survived by two sons, Hollis Forst, at whose home he died, and Russell Forst, of this city. Mrs. Gardner Dennis of Chicago, a sister, Charles Forst of Marion, Ind., and Darwin Forst a grandson, also survive.
Mr. Forst was a member of the Odd Fellows of South Whitley and of the Modern Woodmen of Huntington. He was also a member of the Methodist church here. For many years he was employed as a watchman at the Erie crossing at East Market street.
Funeral services will be held Monday morning at 10:30 o'clock at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Hollis Forst with the Rev. W.F. Smith in charge.
Burial will be at Mt. Hope cemetery.
