Narrative

According to the supplemental information posted to his listing on the FindaGrave.com website, Jonathan enlisted on as a Private on 9 August 1862 in "B" Company Indiana 79th Infantry. He was Killed on 2 January 1863 at Stones River, Tennessee.

This was the same company in which his brother, Allen J. Cutler, served during the Civil War.
