Narrative
Note: The Marriages of Wilhelm Nagel
William (born Wilhelm) Nagel married twice, in particularly short order; in late November 1899, he married the Pennsylvania-born Eva Alber. By 14 Jun 1900, the date of the US Census record for his household, he was listed as "widowed" and living with his parents and his sister-in-law, Eva's younger sister Marie (or Mary) Alber. A year after that census record was made, in June 1901, he and Marie married, and would go on to have three daughters.
I haven't located a grave or a death record for Eva as of yet, but she is likely to have died no later than spring of 1900.
