OCONOMOWOC - Virginia M. Watterson, 74, of Oconomowoc died Sunday, Nov. 14, 1999, at Shorehaven Health Center.
A funeral service will be held at 8 p.m. Wednesday at Schmidt & Bartelt Notbohm-Kreutzmann Funeral Home with Monsignor John Murphy officiating. Burial will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Jerome Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to her family.
She was born May 6, 1925, in Waukesha, daughter of Adam J. and Viola (Schnitzka) Diedrich. On Sept. 20, 1948, she married Edmund F. Watterson at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Waukesha. She was a day care provider and homemaker, as well as a member of St. Jerome Catholic Church of Oconomowoc.
Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Karren (Gary Sr.) Richmond of Clarkston, Mich., Sherry Hinman of Leesburg, Fla. and Roxane (Ron) Wegner of Sun Prairie; two sons, Gary (Caryl) and Kevin, both of Oconomowoc; three sisters, Elizabeth "Betty" (William) Rossman and Shirley (Carmin) Cirillo, both of Waukesha, and Geraldine "Geri" Lunde of Oconomowoc; two brothers, Dean (Julie) and William (Carol), both of Waukesha; eight grandchildren; and her mother of Waukesha.
She was preceded in death by her father and one sister, Pat.
