The burial listing on FindaGrave.com for Henry Foster Clippinger Jr. has him placed in Fairview Cemetery in Bluffton, Wells Cty, Indiana; no photo is currently available, and no additional information beyond his birth and death dates are given. The dates agree with those found in the California Death Index and the US Social Security Death Index. He is the only Clippinger buried in Fairview, according to FindaGrave.com, as his sister is buried in Topeka, Kansas and his parents are buried in Indianapolis. I have no information that he ever married or had children, and the lack of a Mrs. Clippinger in Fairview would support this. (As of 1942, when he enlisted in the Army as a warrant officer after completing college, he was single and without dependents according to his enlistment record of 14 Apr 1942.)

I would assume he chose Fairview for his burial because all of his maternal grandparents and great-grandparents are buried there, along with one of his cousins and all of his mother's siblings, and many, many members of the extended family on his mother's side.
