obit - KOEHLER, GERALD A.
Burlington (Rochester Township), Wis.
Age 43. Passed away at his residence on Wednesday, December 6, 1995. He was born in Dousman, Wis. on September 21, 1952, to Francis and Alice (nee: Bischel) Koehler. On June 5, 1976, at St. James Catholic Church in Mukwonago, Wis., he was united in marriage to Norine Hensgen, who survives. He was employed as Manager, Mortgage Collections, Firstar Bank, in Milwaukee, Wis. He was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Church, American Breweriania Association, and was an avid collector of brewery memorabilia. Surviving are his wife, Norine; two sons, Mark and Jeffery; parents, Francis and Alice Koehler of East Troy, Wis.; brothers, Donald (Barbara) of New Berlin, Wis. and Kenneth (Sue) of Ames, Iowa; sister, Marlene Koehler of Milwaukee, Wis.; mother-in-law, Helen Heiden of Burlington, Wis.; sisters-in-law, Nancy Hensgen of Reno, Nev. and Marilyn (Joel) Wagner of Burlington, Wis.; aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Anthony Hensgen. Funeral services will be held at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church on Friday, December 8, 1995, at 8 p.m. with Rev. Dennis E. VanBeek officiating. Interment at Rochester Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday at Mealy-Koenig from 4 until 7:30 p.m. Memorials suggested to the Children's Education Fund.
