[headline] Mrs. Velma Hippler of Spring Lake Passes

Grand Haven, Jan. 13 (Special) - Mrs. Velma Hippler, 37, route 2, Spring Lake, died at the Osteopathic hospital in Muskegon Wednesday afternoon. She had been confined there for one day and had been ill for the past two weeks. She was born in Wendon, Minn., April 14, 1906, and had lived in this vicinity for 16 years coming from Wendon.

She is survived by her husband, Floyd; six daughters and one son, Priscilla, Phyllis, Patricia, Virginia, Frances, Sarah Lee and Frank; three brothers and four sisters, Guy Featherstone of Grand Haven, Lee of Worth, Ill., Irvan of Detroit, Mrs. Lottie Eckert of Heizer, Kans., Mrs. Louis Anderson of Grand Haven, Mrs. Charles Nelson of Magnolia, Minn., and Mrs. R.H. Taylor of Chicago.

Funeral services will be held from the Van Zantwick Funeral chapel Sunday at 2:30 p.m. with Dr. E.H. Boldrey of the Methodist church officiating and burial in the Lake Forest cemetery.
