Event Note

The photocard I have from Jane Anne Thomas, showing part of Henry's descendancy, gives their marriage date as 10 Sep 1837. I suspect this was the date of the ceremony, while the county record gives the license issue date.

Narrative

[Transcript of hand-written bio of Henry Beaber; author is unknown, but judging by the handwriting and the language style I expect this was written by someone born no later than the mid-to-late 19th century. Capitalization and spelling are reproduced as found in the letter. The copy I have is a legal-sized photocopy, single page, from the files of Jane Anne Thomas. The letter seems to end abruptly at the bottom of the page, and I have not yet determined if there were any additional pages.]
