KELSEY, Frances - Age 90, of Flint, died Tuesday, February 29, 2000 at Hurley Medical Center. A funeral service will be held at 1PM on Friday, March 3, 2000. Burial will follow at Flint Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 6-9PM on Wednesday and from 9AM-9PM on Thursday. Memorial contributions may be made to Calvary Assembly of God Church or to the Genesee County Humane Society. Mrs. Kelsey was born on March 18, 1909 in Clover Creek, PA, the daughter of George and Rosalyn Bakale. She retired from Profit Food Company at the Coldwater Road factory, where she had worked in the cafeteria. Mrs. Kelsey was a member of the Calvary Assembly of God Church. She was an avid cat lover. Surviving are: daughter, Louella R. Fellows of North Fort Myers, FL; grandchildren, Tom Kipfer and wife Juanita of Bangor, ME, Brenda Jordan and husband Thomas of Fenton, MI, Edwin Kipfer and wife Tammy Jo of Ft. Myers, FL, Bethany Fellows of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Charles Kelley of North Ft. Myers, FL; 7 great-grandchildren; brother, Steven Baker of Grand Rapids, MI; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by husbands, Charles Edwin Weible in 1952 and Charles Kelsey in 1966; and her daughter, Ruth Kipfer.
