Rebecca Shull, mother
Savilla _Catherine_ Shull, daughter
Not pictured is daughter Sarah Shull, who died in 1876 at the age of six. The handwriting is presumed to be from Mildred Mae (Farren) Hedrick, Catherine's daughter. Based on the apparent ages of the younger two children, I expect this was taken sometime around 1890.
